Should I Use Boiling Coffee To Make Coffee?

This fact doesn’t need to be long-winded or complicated.

Yes, and No! If we are being purists about brewing coffee, it is good to boil the water we are about to use, fresh each time, rather than having it sit around for hours or even days.

Most of the time, coffee is brewed in both filter and espresso between 92 and 96C. Boiling water that goes directly onto coffee scalds and burns the subtle flavours that naturally occur in good quality, freshly roasted Coffee.
