Islands Hot Chocolate Powder
Some people say you can’t have too much of a good thing, but in our opinion, there is a balance!
Our go-to recipe is: 20g of Islands 45% Hot Chocolate Powder into a 10-oz mug or cup. Add some water to make a silky/ oily paste. Heat some milk of choice and either whisk (or stir) it into the chocolate base.
It is as simple as that.
More ideas?
Add a spoonful towards the end of making a great chilli to thicken and add depth.
Or even better, when you are making your Hot Chocolate, add a small amount of chilli to taste, probably not to burn!
