Just when you thought you had read enough, what makes the XBloom Studio so clever is that, if you have the right ancillary, you can make fantastic leaf tea. In June, our good friend (and internationally renowned Tea expert) Indi Khanna came to visit. Indi held some training sessions and, like us, embraces good, new ideas. Short of the usual two tales analogy, what the XBloom can do with the tea infuser is so clever, too. The tea infuser part is not always in stock in the UK. One tip, that may change your tea experience for life (thanks, Indi), is that it doesn’t matter if your tea is white, green or black. If the quality is there, all you really need to know is that brewing at 90 °C for a 3-minute steep is a great place to start any tea brew.
You can set your XBloom to fill your tea basket and time your pulses to drop the tea from the infuser. It is a lot of fun and allows you to be as analytical as you would like to be, or “play as much as you like” in alternative speak!
