As a grinder manufacturer, Timemore have designed this cafetiere with a fine mesh sieve, in the plunger that reduces fines in your brew. If you have too many fines in your brew, maybe it’s time to buy a new Timemore grinder? Other grinders are available.

If you would like a reason to buy a V60 or Aeropress instead, coffee without filter papers has potentially higher levels of cholesterol. However, some of this will be down to the recipe. On a fun note, our bodies don’t function without some cholesterol. So use this nugget with caution!
