A complex Oolong with a twist. Neither Green nor Black. A smooth and mellow liquor. Fresh, bold, intense, herbal and so clean. Background fruity finish.
Brewing Recommendation:9-10g per litre. Water at 90 Deg C. Steep for 3 minutes.
