The pandemic has affected many of our friends around the world. One area that concerns me is how we are going to use enough coffee to be able to buy again from our producers. As the coffee industry has grown we have all increased our purchases and spread our wings. Although coffee at home has increased (which is lovely thank you, in particular, James Hoffman) but it doesn’t quite bring us the 90% back that we and our farmers need.

I for one am a big fan of a smaller world view, not a flat earth society.

Unlike Europe, many of the countries that we work with don’t have social nets to fall back on. Boy, are we lucky here? I still have no answer or solution to the problem.
