For many of us, this is a relief! We have so many customers that love and rely on our Guatemalan coffees. We have clients that love the subtleties of each farm and varietal as juicy filters and we also have clients who love the developed nature of Chapin, which is a play on caramelisation, grown at high altitude resulting in acidity. So the espresso still has a soul. We will be profiling these beauties over the next few days and they will be available online very soon.
