We started off trying to make our own chocolate powder. Buying cocoa and different sugars and experimenting. We soon found that although we could produce some brown, sweet-tasting chocolatey dust, it was never going to look as good as Monbana. It also took me a long time to come around to the ratio of sugar.

This is rich in cocoa fats, which makes a sweet rounded and indulgent drink. To be made with a milk of your choice. Please note there are discounts for food service clients and volume purchasers of this product.
