Over the years, the V60 has taken many forms, all being V-shaped and, of course, 60 degrees. It turns out that red is a little bit more expensive than white. The recipe remains the same. We recommend starting with 60g a litre, so 20g of coffee to 330ml. Nicely brewed V60’s can be anywhere from 2.5-4 minutes as a rule of thumb.
