There ALMOST are no boundaries for what can be decaffeinated. I am of course talking about how good coffee can be and not how potentially ordinary it can be, if bought old or from the wrong places!! xx. This lot literally landed in the warehouse within the last 48 hours and is just on another (positive) level. Years ago we wouldn’t have dreamed of putting a Kenya in for decaffeination and now, wondered why it has taken us 20 years to get here! Smallish lot. Might be around until January. Enjoy!!

Aromatically there is a whiff of decaffeination however, this is so much more than just another lot of decaf! There is so much fruit in this, the espresso is outrageous, but we have developed it to work well in milk too and not out-sour those who don’t enjoy too much of a juicy thing going on in their coffee.
*Please note, I haven’t sold my soul to anyone, I have learnt my lesson and listened.
Best extraction so far: 18g into 36g in 30.
