Sometimes when we buy coffee, we have to be selfish. The first time I bought good coffee from Beloya we flew some outrageously expensive coffees from Abdulah Bageresh across from Ethiopia. The coffee was a revolution at the time and still (without all of the airfreight and multiple handling) is still amongst my all time favourites.
I don’t know anywhere else in the world that can deliver the same levels of fruit and complexity in a cup of coffee.
Altitude:1800 – 2100 masl

Cup Potential and recipe.
Complex fruit sugars, from tropical to jammy with layers of citrus. This is a light roast and has many flavour possibilities. Good water will help massively with flavour and how much coffee you need.
We are running 60g a litre in bulk-brew to keep the team alert. In V60’s and aeropress we are using more like 17-18g into 200g of water.
