Decaffeinated Ethiopian Shakisso Farm Espresso Roast
Shakisso has been one of our Ethiopian washed coffee highlights. Everything fresh, sweet and lemony you could hope for without any other distracting flavours that sometimes one has to look past. Putting a decaf “out there” as a filter roast is an exposing thing to do as well. Why we don’t often put decaf out as a light roast, is that I don’t want you to have to drink a decaf process taste in your coffee drinking. I don’t and wouldn’t enjoy it…This is our first decaf that we are absolutely loving as filter roast in a while. We are roasting this as two different profiles, as the espresso roast is far from roasty, for us it is simply stunning here.
