A SMOOTH, REFRESHING , RICH BLACK TEA WITH A TRADITIONAL MATURE CHARACTER
Grown in the western hills of the Dimbula region on the Kenilworth Estate, one of the oldest tea estates in Sri Lanka. This estate benefits from the fresh climate and seasonal monsoons of the hills. The best leaves are picked after the first monsoon and processed during the cooler weather allowing the tea to develop its famously smooth and traditionally mature character. The dark feathery leaves with bronze tips offer a soft woody, honeyed aroma and the full oxidation process presents a smooth, rich, refreshing black tea.
